TEATOWN LAKE RESERVATION 1600 Spring Valley Rd. Ossining, NY 10562

The Social Club is going to embark on our first field trip!  The Club will meet at Teatown, a nature preserve and environmental education center.  We will be introduced to hawks, owls, eagles, and other small animals residing on the preserve.  Students will learn about and discuss conservation and environmental protection so we can develop a sense of personal and civic responsibility towards the environment. Please bring a bag lunch and drinks.

 

Monday June 12th 11-2 pm - Let the Games Begin!! - LOCATION CHANGE

We will meet at our location at 413 Manville Road for this fun session of the June Social Club.  Students will discuss what it means to be an athlete, join in some fun team game competitions, and take part in a dance challenge. Please bring a bag lunch and drinks for a day outside.  In case of rain, we will move the fun indoors.

Monday June 19th 11-2 pm- Grease is the Word!!

The Club will meet at our Manville location for a Grease inspired dance off including a Pink Ladies & T Birds costume contest. Members will shake, rattle and roll both on the dance floor and with a hula hoop. Lunch and ice cream floats will be served on site.

Monday June 26th 11- 2 pm SLC Backyard Bash!!

Join us in Manville for a Social Club BBQ. Music, javelin throwing, egg and spoon race, giant Jenga, and a pie throwing contest are all on the menu for a day of laughs and friendship.  Burgers, hot dogs, and drinks will be served outside or indoors depending on the weather.
